Australia look ahead-is El Nino likely?

This document has been carefully prepared after two months of study, especially for the Australian farmer. In this 23-page document we take a highly detailed look at what each States can expect from now to next autumn, including rain and temperature charts, 60 diagrams in all. Projections are made month by month from now until next April.

There is not much available for Australian farmers in terms of longrange projections. The BoM and CSIRO do not have a longrange system, and they do not concern themselves with cycles. From this document farmers will know what to plan for and what to expect from their own study of cycles. They will also be able to work out their own cycles a little better.
