There are many special day requirements. For example pesticide may be is required to be laid in a particular area, and a calm day with no strong winds is needed. A fine day for a reunion of old school or family is a more memorable occasion. A business deal on a fine morning is more likely to find favour amongst both parties. Perhaps a project is being planned moving a large trailer load, caravan or boat, over an area that is weather dependent. Another example may be a working bee for a charity that involves hundreds of volunteers being outdoors.
